Terms and Conditions - Please Read
* At point of booking we take a "Booking Fee" this is NON-REFUNDABLE but is transferable.
*Where applicable there is a set up/delivery fee to add when your event is outside of our area.
*All final payments are due 1 calendar month prior to your event.
* All deposits and monies paid are NON - REFUNDABLE in the event of you cancelling, your date is held and other clients are refused the date .your Balloon Decor as all equipment and everything required for you booked event has been purchased and we can not get any refunds or exchanges from our supplier.
*In the unlikely event we have to cancel your Balloon Decor a full refund of all money would be paid.
*Please ensure you have booked enough time to allow us to decorate your venue as we can't be held responsible for there being insufficient time.
*Should you supply your own balloons and they are not of the best standard; ie Qualatex Brand or of Helium Grade Balloon Belles can not be held responsible for there overall quality and finished look.
*Inflation only does not include ribbons or weights, it will be purely inflation only.
